Who operates the website

The SAARapps website is operated by Shakeel Arshad under the SAARapps name. References to “SAARapps,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean the website operator. These Terms do not replace any separate terms shown within an application, Google Play listing or third-party service.

Information and availability

The website presents information about SAARapps applications, development work and planned releases. We try to keep information accurate and available, but descriptions, screenshots, features, pricing, release dates and availability may change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality when reasonably necessary.

Apps and Google Play

Applications obtained through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's applicable terms, policies, billing rules and refund processes. Availability can vary by device, operating-system version, country and testing status. App-specific privacy policies describe how each app handles information.

App-testing participation

By submitting an email through the testing form, you request consideration for a SAARapps testing program and confirm that the address belongs to a Google Account you use with Google Play. Submission does not guarantee selection, continued access or a production release.

• Test builds are pre-release software and may contain defects, incomplete features or data-loss risks.
• Back up important information and do not rely on a test build for critical activity.
• Do not misuse, redistribute, reverse engineer or represent a test build as a final release except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
• Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to diagnose problems and improve SAARapps products. You retain ownership of your original feedback content, while granting SAARapps permission to use it for product development without payment.
• You may leave a test or request removal of your tester email at any time.

Acceptable website use

You must not use the website or forms to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious or unsolicited content; impersonate another person; probe or bypass security controls; overload the service; distribute malware; scrape personal information; or interfere with other users. Automated form spam is prohibited.

Intellectual property

The SAARapps name, logos, website design, text, graphics, screenshots and original software materials are owned by or licensed to SAARapps and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may view the website for personal, lawful purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to Google Play, email providers and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. SAARapps does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security or conduct. Review their terms before using them.

Website provided as available

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and pre-release materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SAARapps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or a test build. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability that applicable law makes mandatory.

The Website Privacy Policy explains how contact messages, tester emails and technical security information are handled. Each app has its own separate privacy policy.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the website, testing program or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published here with a revised effective date. Continued use after publication means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
