Only what you provide
Contact details and messages are collected only when you choose to submit a form.
This policy explains what information the SAARapps website receives, why it is used, who helps process it, and the choices available to you.
Contact details and messages are collected only when you choose to submit a form.
Information is used to respond, manage testing access and protect the forms from abuse.
You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information held by SAARapps.
SAARapps is operated by Shakeel Arshad. This Website Privacy Policy applies to www.saarapps.com, including its contact and app-testing forms. Each SAARapps Android application has a separate privacy policy describing that app's data practices.
This policy applies when you browse the SAARapps website, send a message through the contact form, or submit an email address to join an app-testing program. It does not replace the privacy policy for an individual SAARapps app or the policies of Google Play, Resend or another third-party service.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive information through these forms.
SAARapps uses submitted information to respond to enquiries, provide support, investigate reported problems, manage app-testing invitations, communicate essential testing information, prevent abuse and maintain website security. Where applicable, processing is based on your request or consent, SAARapps's legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, and compliance with legal obligations.
The testing form asks for the same Google Account email you use with Google Play. SAARapps may add that address to a Google Play tester list and send testing invitations or essential testing updates. Google independently processes account and Play Store information under its own privacy terms. You may leave the testing program or ask SAARapps to remove your address at any time by emailing [email protected].
Website form messages are delivered using Resend, which processes sender and recipient addresses, message content and delivery metadata. Website-hosting and security providers may process technical logs required to deliver and protect the site. Google processes tester addresses when they are added to a Google Play testing list.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide support and maintain necessary records, generally no longer than 24 months unless an ongoing matter or legal obligation requires longer. Tester email addresses are retained until you ask to be removed, the relevant testing program ends, or the address is no longer needed. Security and hosting records are retained according to operational and provider retention schedules.
The current SAARapps website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics, cross-site tracking pixels or profiling tools. Essential hosting or security technologies may operate when necessary to serve and protect the website. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
SAARapps uses encrypted HTTPS transport, form validation, abuse controls and access restrictions intended to protect submitted information. Email delivery and internet storage can never be guaranteed completely secure, so please submit only information needed for your request.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, providers use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers. Resend describes its processing and transfer safeguards in its published privacy and data-processing documentation.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, email [email protected]. SAARapps may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.
The website and testing signup are not directed to children who cannot legally provide their own consent under applicable law. SAARapps does not knowingly request personal information from such children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact SAARapps to request deletion.
Each SAARapps application publishes its own privacy policy describing the information accessed, stored or processed by that app. Those app-specific policies control app data practices; this page governs the website and website forms.
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published here with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted when reasonably appropriate.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
