Information you add to PayTrack

You may enter information needed to manage attendance and payroll, including:

• Business name, regional settings and payroll preferences.
• Employee names, IDs, phone numbers, departments, job titles, joining dates and status.
• Monthly salary, daily wage, hourly wage, overtime rates and working schedules.
• Attendance, leave, check-in, check-out and overtime records.
• Bonuses, incentives, deductions, advances, loans, repayments and payment details.
• Payslips, payroll summaries and report history.

This information is stored locally on your device. SAARapps does not upload it to a developer-operated server.

Employee photos

When you choose an employee photo, PayTrack uses the Android system picker. The selected image is used for the employee profile you create and may be copied into local app storage. It is not uploaded to SAARapps. Make sure you have permission to store and use another person's photo.

PIN and biometric app lock

If you enable PIN or biometric unlocking, authentication is handled on your device. Android provides the authentication result; PayTrack does not access or store fingerprint images, face scans or other raw biometric data.

Payroll and attendance reminders

If enabled, PayTrack may show local reminders for payroll dates, attendance tasks, loan payments or salary advances. Reminder settings and their underlying records stay on your device. You can turn notifications off in PayTrack or Android settings.

Google Play purchases

PayTrack Pro may be offered as a one-time purchase through Google Play. Google processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. PayTrack does not receive or store your credit-card or bank-account number. The app receives purchase and entitlement status only to unlock or restore Pro features.

Payslips, reports and sharing

PayTrack may create PDF payslips and PDF or CSV reports. Documents leave the app only when you choose to save, print, email, share or open them in another service. The destination app, print service, cloud provider or recipient may process the exported file under its own privacy terms.

User-controlled data backup and restore

The optional backup feature creates a portable backup of PayTrack data, not a copy of the application. You choose where the backup is saved and when it is restored. SAARapps does not receive or store that backup.

Keep backup files secure. A device, storage provider or recipient you select may handle the file under its own privacy terms. SAARapps cannot retrieve a backup stored only by you.

Analytics, advertising and accounts

The planned version does not require a SAARapps account and is designed without advertising, a developer analytics database, behavioral profiling or cross-app tracking. SAARapps does not sell or rent personal information from PayTrack.

Data retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them in PayTrack, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Exported reports, payslips and backup files remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be deleted from those locations separately. Because SAARapps does not hold a server copy of your PayTrack content, SAARapps cannot remotely retrieve or delete it.

Children's privacy

PayTrack is a business administration utility intended for employers and authorized business staff. It is not directed to children, and SAARapps does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a developer-operated server.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app functionality or legal requirements change. Material updates will be published on this page and the effective date will be revised.
