Information you add to the app

You may enter or import information needed to create and manage professional documents, including:

• Business, contact and tax details.
• Client contact information.
• Products, services, invoices, estimates, receipts and payment records.
• Payment and bank instructions that you choose to place on documents.
• Logos, signatures, profile photos, resume information and client-feedback details.

This content is stored locally on your device. SAARapps does not upload this content to a developer-operated server.

Google Play purchases

Premium is offered as a one-time purchase through Google Play. Google processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. SAARapps Invoice Maker does not receive or store your credit card or bank-account number. The app receives purchase and entitlement status from Google Play only to unlock or restore Premium features.

Photos, logos and signatures

When you choose a business logo, signature or resume photo, the app opens the Android system picker. The selected content is used only for the feature you requested and is copied to local app storage when needed. It is not uploaded to SAARapps.

PIN and biometric app lock

If you enable PIN or biometric unlocking, authentication is handled on your device. Android provides only the authentication result; the app does not access or store your fingerprint, face scan or other raw biometric data.

PDF export, printing and sharing

Documents leave the app only when you choose to print, save or share them. The destination app, print service, cloud-storage provider or recipient you select may process the exported file under its own privacy terms. Review the destination before sharing documents that contain personal, business, banking or tax information.

User-controlled encrypted backups

The optional backup feature creates an encrypted archive protected by the four-digit PIN you provide. It contains saved business data and document history—not the application itself, Premium entitlement, app-lock credentials or device-specific usage counters. You choose where the archive is stored.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The current version does not contain advertising, behavioral analytics, a developer cloud database or cross-app tracking. SAARapps does not sell or rent your personal information. Automatic Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled; portable data transfer is available through the app's encrypted backup feature.

Data retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them in the app, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Exported PDFs and backup files remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be deleted from those locations separately. Because SAARapps does not hold a server copy of your app content, SAARapps cannot remotely retrieve or delete those local records.

Security

The app uses Android platform protections, optional PIN and biometric locking, and authenticated encryption for portable backups. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device, review sharing destinations, and securely store exported documents and backup PINs.

Children's privacy

SAARapps Invoice Maker is a professional business utility intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and SAARapps does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a developer-operated server.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app functionality or legal requirements change. Material updates will be published on this page and the effective date will be revised.
